"A construction engineer is a specialized professional who bridges the gap between design and physical execution, overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to technical specifications. "
EARLY WORKS / MODERNIST / BRUTALIST PHASE PROJECTS
The company "Ratko Mitrović" was responsible for providing the technical oversight for the first building of the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDU) in Block 39. Through their engineer, Momčilo Petrović, the company managed the construction of this highly specialized 170-meter-long, 9,500-square-meter modernist facility. Their role was crucial in executing the technical requirements needed to build complex, tailored spaces for the arts, which included an amphitheater for 190 students, eight classrooms, a film studio, a 700-square-meter sound center, and dedicated physical training rooms for ballet and fencing.
